Chicken Dinner (4 servings)
Ingredients:
4 Medium Sized Potatoes
24 oz Frozen Vegetables – any variety
8 Chicken Tenders
1 stick Butter
1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing mix
**Adjust all amounts based on the preferred number of portions. Add as many potatoes, vegetable, & chicken pieces as you think your family will eat, and will fit in your baking dish.**
Instructions:
1) Wash potatoes and chop into smaller pieces if necessary.
2) Place potatoes, vegetables, & chicken in a baking dish, dot butter on top and sprinkle with seasoning packet.
3) Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Note: Ovens vary and the size of your chicken and potatoes can alter cook time. Check your potatoes and chicken with a fork. If the potatoes aren’t fork tender or the chicken doesn’t easily pull apart it needs to cook a little longer.
