Hunter’s chicken is the perfect chicken casserole recipe. Gennaro Contaldo surprised me again. It is one of the best chicken casseroles I’ve ever eat. Cooked in a pressure cooker for 14 minutes makes the chicken tender and juicy. I’m using Instant Pot but any pressure cooker will be good.
ingredients:
3 chicken drumsticks
