Taurasi & Roasted Lamb
We took a Lamb Sirlion seared and then slow roasted it and paired it up with Terredora di Paolo’s Taurasi a delicious bold red from Southern Italy. As always we picked a soundtrack to accompany dinner, it’s hanging out at the end, enjoy!
