INGREDIENTS:
BOILING:
1.Penne Pasta (250 gms)
2.Salt (1 tsp)
3.Oil (1/2 tsp)
VEGETABLES:
1. Oil {olive oil preferred} (2 tbsp)
2. Garlic {chopped} (1 tsp)
3. Onion {coarsely chopped} (1 medium size)
4. Capsicum {chopped} (1/2 piece) {recommend to also use yellow and red apart from green}
5. Carrot {chopped} (1 small no)
6. Corn (1/2 bowl)
7. Zucchini {chopped (1/2 bowl) {optional}
8. Mushroom {sliced} (3-4 pcs) {optional}
9. Salt & Pepper to taste
SAUCE:
1. Butter (4 tbsp)
2. Maida (all purpose flour) (4 tbsp)
3. Milk {gradually} (3 cups)
4. Red Chilly Flakes (1 tsp)
5. Black Pepper Powder (1 tsp)
6. Salt to taste
7. Thyme (1 tbs)
8. Cheese {grated} (2 cubes)
