Sausage and mushrooms risotto (for 4/5persons)
Making risotto requires patience and a slow stirring but with my recipe, cooking it at a low heat you can almost forget it on the stove top.

4 sausages about 300g (10,5oz)
300g (10,5oz) tomato sauce
500ml (17floz) water
1 garlic clove
90 grated parmigiano
(1 diced mozzarella) optional
