If you like healthy food or you are following a low-calorie diet, this recipe represents the perfect meal for you.
The sea bass (branzino or spigola in Italian) plays an important role in the Italian cooking tradition. In this recipe the branzino is cooked in a hot pot without olive oil or other dressings. Then it is garnished with an emulsion of olive oil and lemon. In this recipe, Antonella choose as a side dish a typical salad from Sicily, made with oranges and fennel.

Ingredients:
– 1 sea bass fillet (branzino)
– 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
– 20 ml lemon juice
– Salt and pepper
– 2 oranges
– 2 fennel

Check out the fancy @Alessi “Juicy Salif” that Antonella uses to squeeze the lemons! It’s designed by Philippe Stark!
