Oltrepò Pavese winery and farmhouse
The Riva del Borgo of Pavia farm and farmhouse is located on the outskirts of Borgo Priolo, in the Oltrepò area, in the valley of the Coppa. The company has 10 hectares of land mainly used for vineyards for the production of Bonarda, Moscato DOC and Moscato Passito, Barbera, Pinot Nero and Riesling.
It also produces rosé wines such as Bella Riva, to be tried as a sweet aperitif, and Spumante Metodo Classico and Charmat.
The wine business and the production of high quality white and red DOC wines have been joined since 1998 by that of a family-run farmhouse with a staff consisting of a cook and 7 waiters.
Among the typical dishes you can find: ravioli with braised meat, risotto, polenta with stew and wild boar, various types of roasts and a rich variety of desserts, all accompanied by refined wines produced on the farm.
The premises are also suitable for hosting groups, lunches for weddings, dinners for parties or ceremonies.
Far from inhabited centers and immersed in the countryside, at the Riva del Borgo farmhouse it is also possible to walk in the woods of the estate, among the vineyards, appreciate genuine dishes, stay in contact with animals, visit the cellar, which has been producing wines for over 40 years and successfully prized, and for a day lose yourself in the immensity of the countryside.
