Search for:

2 tsp oil(any)
3 cloves garlic
2 onions
2 sticks celery
1 bulb fennel ( large)
1 handful basil
150 ml red wine
2 courgette
200 g savoy cabbage (1/4)
400 g fresh plum tomatoes
1000-1500 ml vegetables broth
2 handfuls small dried pasta
2 pinch salt
1 heaped teaspoons smoked paprika

The oil in a pan medium heat, stir in the chopped onion and thyme cook 5 minutes and then stir the celery,garlic and fennel( all proper chopped). Chopping the basil leaves and pick in the pan. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes(swirl constantly)
Add the wine to the soft vegetables and cook more 5 minutes.
Slice the courgette and savoy cabbage and bring to the pan then add the vegetables broth and simmer around 20 minutes.
Add the pasta and boil until the pasta is cooked. If is soup to tick , add a little water to loosen.
