Here’s how to make at home delicious mushrooms in olive oil!INGREDIENTS
 1kg mushrooms
 500ml white vinegar
 Whole black pepper
 Salt
 Garlic
 Bay leaf
 1l water
 Paprika
 Parsley
 Mint
 Seed oil
 
METHOD

Cut a part of the stem of each mushroom. Wash and strain them.
Cut each mushroom in four vertically.
Pour water and vinegar into a pot. Add pepper and a bay leaf. Wait for it to boil. Add salt and then cook the mushrooms for 3 minutes.
Strain the mushrooms and dry them with kitchen paper.
Place the mushrooms in a bowl, add chili powder, finely chopped garlic, mint, parsley, salt, pepper and mix well.
Fill a glass jar with the mushrooms and fill with oil.
