This is me walking around Little Italy in the Bronx. Amateur unedited video I do not have good video equipment. October 9th 2020 were in phase 4 of the re opening after the Covid19 pandemic. In New York City phase 4 is different from phase 4 in other cities and even other counties of New York State. Most other counties in New York State and in New Jersey have had indoor dining for for weeks They just started allowing indoor dining in New York City on September 30, 2020 at only 25% capacity indoors.
