Tuesday:
Creamy Italian Chicken Recipe: (Keto Friendly without the pasta)
Dry Marinade:
salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
Chopped onions
Minced garlic
Place seasonings, onions, and garlic over 4-6 chicken breast pounded thin. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator about an hour.
In skillet over medium heat add olive oil and saute chicken, them remove. After the chicken is cooked add 3 tablespoons of butter in skillet with onions then add sun dried tomatoes, a couple handfuls of spinach, heavy cream (1 1/2 pints), and mushrooms. Place chicken back in skillet and cook another 10-15 minutes and serve.

Butterscotch Vanilla Bark
1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla chips
1/2 cup roasted salted almonds, chopped
Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray. Melt butterscotch chips and vanilla chips separately according to package directions. Alternately drop melted butterscotch and melted vanilla by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan. Swirl with tip of a knife, shake pan to level. Sprinkle with almonds. Let stand until firm, about 2 hours. Break into pieces.
