Ingredients:
_Black pepper powder 1/2 Tbsp. ( Kali mirch )
_Salt 1/2 Tbsp or to taste. ( Namak )
_Ginger/Garlic paste 1/2 Tbsp.( Lehsan/Adrak )
_Tomato paste 1 Tsp.
_Tomato ketchup 1 Tsp.
_Oil 1 Tsp.
_Chicken fillets 2 pc.
_Cheese slices 2.
_Oregano
_Coriander leaves. ( Hara dhania )

Directions:
_Take a bowl, add black pepper powder, salt,
ginger/garlic paste, tomato paste, tomato
ketchup, oil and mix well.
_Now add chicken fillets,mix well and refrigerate
for an hour.

PREPARE ITALIAN SAUCE
Ingredients:
_Butter 1 Tsp. ( Makhan )
_Ginger/Garlic paste 1 Tsp. ( Lehsan/Adrak )
_Black pepper powder 1/4 Tsp. ( Kali mirch )
_Salt 1/4 Tsp or to taste. ( Namak )
_Tomato paste 2 Tbsp.
_Oregano 1/2 Tsp.
_Tomato ketchup 2 Tbsp.
_Cooking cream 2 Tbsp.
_Red chilli flakes 1/4 Tsp. ( Kutti lal mirch )

Directions:
_In a sauce pan, add butter and allow it to melt.
_Add ginger/garlic paste, black pepper powder,
salt, tomato paste, oregano, tomato ketchup,
cooking cream, red chilli flakes, mix well,cook
for 2 minutes and keep aside.
_Apply butter on a pan, add marinated chicken
fillets and remaining marinade.
_Cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
_Turn in between and cook until both sides done.
_Add prepared Italian sauce, cover and cook on
low flame for 2 minutes.
_Now add cheese slices, oregano, cover and cook
until cheese melts.
_Garnish with coriander leaves.
_Serve with Italian sauce and fries.
