A beautiful creamy white wine pasta, made in the middle of nowhere 😍
Ingredients.
250g tagliatelle
1 tomato
1 red pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 whole onion
Hard Italian cheese
150ml double cream
200ml white wine
2 slices smoked bacon
2 cooked chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
Parsley
How to create the magic.
Heat a frying pan with a little bit of butter and cook the bacon, and chicken skin if your breads have this.
As this is cooking chop your pepper, garlic and onion.
Once the bacon is cooked and skin is crispy place on the side to wrest and add pepper and onion in the pan followed by the garlic.
As this is cooking chop the bacon and chicken in to bite size chunks and boil pan for the pasta.
Add the wine and reduce, once reduced add cream, chicken and bacon.
After about 5 minutes start to add the cheese and stir, add to taste.
Once pan is ready add pasta to cook.
Once you have the flavour you require, drain pasta and mix in to the sauce.
Once pasta is fully coated serve and season.
Add Parsley and enjoy with a nice glass of white wine.
