Today, guess what… we’ll be making Italian ragù Bolognese with a Nigerian touch.
For this recipe red wine isn’t included, but it’s up to you.
I chopped the veggies finely.

Ingredients

– Groundnut oil (or olive oil)
– 2 Onions 🧅
– 2 Celery sticks
– 3 Carrots 🥕
– 4 kg of grounded beef meat 🥩 (or pork)
– Tomato paste 🍅 (4 bottles)
– 4 Garlic cloves 🧄
– Thyme dry leaves
– 1 Spring onions
– Salt
– Fresh pepper 🌶 & dry red pepper
– 1 Ginger
– Maggi (seasoning)
– Curry
