Long time no see! Quanto tempo!
I am finally back with a video that was recorded at the beginning of September and that I was really looking forward to showing you.
It was a very fun experience, the first part is a double interview where Francesca from Scola la pasta and I will answer 20 questions about ourselves.
The second part is a step by step recipe to make Bresaola Rolls. A very fast, yet delicious, meal to make.

All the recipes are easy to make because Francesca is great at showing the recipe step by step, that way we can all try to cook some delicious Italian food at home!
