Chicken Thighs (skinless & boneless)
Fine beans
2 Leaks
5 Celery sticks
5 Carrots
2 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 1/4 tsp Garlic
Sprinkle of chilli flakes (leave out if you don’t like spicy food)
Sprinkle of Italian Herbs
1/4 Cup of Pearl Barley
2 Chicken stock Cubes
1 Veg stock pot (Knorr)
1 Oxo
1 Jug of cold water
pop the lid on your slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
