The Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with ENIT, APT Servizi Emilia Romagna, Raineri Distribuzione, Osteria Bolognese, the Associazione Cuochi Italiani in Belgio (FIC) and San Pellegrino has organised on Friday 2nd October 2020 “The Authentic Italian Table” dedicated to Emilia Romagna region.
After receiving a BOX of regional products at home, forty food bloggers, journalists and chefs connected to Zoom to discover Italy’s most gourmet region in the company of the columnist Carlo de Pascale, the tourism specialist Silvia Mazza, Giacomo Toschi and Gioacchino D’Amico from the Brussels restaurant Osteria Bolognese.
The event is part of the True Italian Taste project, financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and carried out by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad.
