Soak in salt water for 12-24 hrs changing water 3-4 times
Remove from salt water, pat dry and put in Italian dressing and soy sauce marinate for 12-24 hrs.
Remove and pat dry.

Hollow out jalapeño peppers and stuff with mix of cream cheese and your favorite cheese. Place duck strip on top of cheese stuffing.
Wrap in bacon.
Bake in oven or grill at 350 for about an hr.
