As part of the “True Italian Taste” project, “Authentic Italian Table” event provided participants with true Italian dining experience through a menu set particularly based on a culinary feature of one distinct region of Italy. This time in Hanoi, our guests had a chance to experience a Tuscan menu with all its traditional and modern twist. The event was organized at Cugini Ristorante Italiano by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM) with the support from the Italian Embassy in Vietnam.

The “True Italian Taste” Project is promoted and financed by the Ministry of Economic Development, coordinated by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, with the support of the Italian Embassy in Hanoi and the Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City. The project aims 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗶-𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀.
TRUE ITALIAN TASTE is part of 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘳𝘺 𝘐𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯 𝘛𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦 series. The project started in 2016 in US, Canada and Mexico, now involves 28 Chambers located in USA (Canada, US, Mexico), Europe and Asia (Japan, China, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam) and provides workshops and seminars, incoming business and training activities, master classes, and events promoting authentic Italian products abroad.
