On today’s video I had visited to IDDLY ITALY, a Fusion Restaurant in Madurai… Iddly Italy is a restaurant that concentrates on two various cuisines – South Indian and Italy….
Both cuisine hold lots of flavors and the Idea of fusion these two is completely unique and I strongly believe Iddly Italy in Madurai is doing a wonderful job in it….
Iddly Italy in Madurai had come out with various new dishes such as Stuffed Idly, Stuffed Dosa, Hangover sandwich, Momo Burger, Iddly Fries, etc.., All these dishes have a twist of taste and concludes as an Indo – Italian cuisine dish…
Even though it is a fusion restaurant, they don’t empower the tastes with additives or make the fusion too much to destroy its authentic taste…
This Iddly Italy Restaurant in Madurai is located exactly in Ram Nagar 3rd street, Byepass Road (Just the road opposite to Raymonds showroom)…
It is very much in a center location of Madurai and I really wanted everyone to experience this restaurant and enjoy their fusion of taste inside the taste buds….
Iddly Italy suggested me a lot of special items which I had never heard before…. They also said that their Pasta Arabiata is in high demand inside Madurai because of its unique taste…
Hearing all these I started my own cravings and ordered various special items… They made the orders superb quick and I was shocked completely because this restaurant is handled just by a couple (Husband and wife) and I guess managing this superb busy restaurant in such a way is amazing…..
Location of the Place:
We started with their i-fries (Idly Fries) which literally had a crisp texture outside and a soft layer inside… I loved the taste of every bite and I couldn’t resist myself in drooling in its crisp taste with the Peri peri sauce on top….
Everything in Iddly Italy Restaurant tasted unique… I felt their dishes had an authenticity of Italian cuisine but also a fusion taste inside the south Indian dishes…. This creates a fondness among the Indians in Madurai because of their wonderful unique fusion….
Wow what a taste? Every dish was finger licking good… I enjoyed the experience of Idly fries and Hangover sandwich – which was completely new to my taste buds but had an excellent taste…
The prices of the dishes were also reasonable… Apart from these they also concentrate on health of individuals who consume here – for example all their breads, pasta, wraps are made up of wheat and also they use only country sugar for every dessert they cook…
Hats off to this trend set IDDLY ITALY…
On the Whole, it was a great experience and this afternoon was so special… It was my pleasure to taste different foods in Madurai and Iddly Italy you impressed me with your epic Idly fries… I wish a good luck to Iddly Italy team and hope you maintain the same dignity and quality as always….
