Sarda Ita Fit (tuna) a Roman dish
Ingredients:
500g Tuna (cooked)
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp celery leaves (privet is not good for consumption)
1/2 tsp thyme (Italian season contains thyme)
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 rue (can use a different herb)
150g dates (without stones (or can use raisins))
1tbsp honey
4 hard-boiled eggs (cut in quarters)
50ml white wine or grape juice *if you don’t drink alcohol* (2oz)
2 tbsp wine vinegar
50ml Defritum (cooking wine – 1tbsp)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
