Caprese Salad is a traditional Italian salad made from fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaf. The beauty of this salad is it’s simplicity and yet so appealing. Arranged in the Italian flag color order, this is one of my most favorite salad of all time. The freshness and the tanginess complemented with the rich and creaminess of fresh mozzarella makes me hungry every time I make it. Serve it as antipasto paired with a crisp white wine for a delicious restaurant like meal.

Few tips or options:
– Use only fresh ingredients
– Serve at room temperature. If it’s too hot, refrigerate for a couple of minutes before serving
– Use of balsamic vinegar is optional but is strongly recommended
– You can sprinkle dried herbs such as rosemary, thyme for extra taste

List of Ingredients:
– 3 ripe Tomato slices
– 150 gm Fresh Mozzarella cheese
– 15 to 20 Fresh Basil leaves
– 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
– ¾ tbsp Balsamic vinegar (Optional)
– Salt & Pepper to taste

– 150 ग्राम ताजा मोत्ज़ारेला चीज़ के स्लाइस
– 15 से 20 ताजा बेसिल के पत्ते
– 1 बड़ा चम्मच एक्सट्रा वर्जिन जैतून का तेल
– ¾ बड़ा चम्मच बाल्समिक सिरका (स्वैच्छिक)
– स्वादानुसार नमक और काली मिर्च
