Various Eateries’ (LON:VARE) Andy Bassadone talks to Proactive London after his AIM listing which raised £25mln by placing 34.2mln shares at 73p each, for a market capitalisation of £65mln.
The owner of high-end Coppa Club and Tavolino venues, Bassadone, explains how they will use the proceeds to expand its portfolio through opportunistic acquisitions.
He goes on to explain that the crisis has dealt a blow to much of the industry but it has also opened up opportunities, including lower rent and a shift in the type of eateries society wants to spend time in.
