Oil – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Fusilli Pasta- 100 grams
Farfalle Pasta – 100 grams
Penne Pasta- 100 grams
Macaroni Pasta – 100 grams
Onions – 2 medium sized (cube shaped)
Tomato Puree Recipe – 3 to 4 sliced tomatoes & grind to a paste with kashmiri chilly powder for color or red chilly powder for spiciness
Green Chillies – 3 to 4 half sliced
Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves finely chopped
Ginger – Small piece finely chopped
Bell Peppers/Capsicum – Green, Red & Yellow (cube shaped) – 1 Cup each
Kashmiri Chilly Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Dark soy sauce – 1.5 Teaspoons
Green chilly sauce – 1 Teaspoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 to 2 Teaspoons
Corn flour mix – 1 Teaspoon in 2 Teaspoons of Water
Spring Onions & Coriander Leaves – Handful each
Salt to Taste
