INGREDIENTS [ Dressing ] :
– 1/2 cup of olive oil
– 3 tbs. of white wine vinegar
– 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
– 1 tbs. of mayonnaise
– 1 tsp. of sugar
– 1/2 tsp. of dried oregano, parsley, & basil
– 3/4 tsp. of salt
– 1/2 tsp. of black pepper
– one large grated garlic clove
[ Extra Ingredients for the Rotini Pasta ]:
– 8 ounces of salami
– 3 mini cucumbers
– 1 cup of tomato grapes
– 1 small red onion
– 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup of black olives
– 1/2 cup of roasted bell peppers
– 1/3 cup of fresh parsley
