You need:
For the Gnocchi:
-1x beetroot
-1x potato
-2x garlic cloves
-1x cup of parmigiana cheese
-11/2 x cup of flour (add more if you need)
1 x egg
Mix all ingredient together, divide the dought, cook until it pop up.
For the sauce :
-1/2 cup of leek (finely chopped)
-1/2 tsp butter
-2 x splash of cream
-1x splash of white wine
-italian parsley + redish
-salt/pepper
Cook the leeks until soft, add the wine, and the cream, salt/pepper
