Ciao, I’m Chicca. I have been teaching Italian cooking classes for over 20 years in my farmhouse in Castagneto Carducci, Tuscany.
When the pandemic hit, we were missing people cooking in my kitchen, so we started a new online adventure.
Together with my incredible team, we gave life to Chicca’s Cooking Club.
We host online cooking classes twice per month with our members, who are cooking alongside me on three different continents.
Together, we go step by step through authentic, Italian recipes and I answer questions in real time.
We cook in the comfort of our own kitchens. And share a delicious result afterward!
What I love the most is the connection with new and old friends, that feels so good and important right now.
We’re having a great time together and building skills around the best use of the simplest ingredients.
