For stirfried veggies:
Oil-1 tbsp
Garlic-1 tsp
Onion-1/4 cup
Green peas-1/4 cup
Carrots-1/4 cup
Sweet corn-1/4 cup
Red capsicum-1/4 cup
Yellow capsicum-1/4 cup
French beans-1/4 cup
Cauliflower florets-1/4 cup
Salt
Pasta or pizza sauce-4 tbsp
For white sauce:
Olive Oil-1 tbsp
Flour-1 tbsp
Milk-1 cup
Salt
Black pepper-1 tsp
For sprinkling:
Red chill flakes
Oregano/mixed herbs
For topping:
Mozarella cheese/processed cheese-1/2 cup
