1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/2 yellow minced and peeled
5 garlic gloves, peeled and minced
2 large eggs
1 cup Panko bread crumbs or regular bread crumbs
1/2 cup of fresh flat-lean Italian parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
3/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup lower-sodium marinara sauce.
