Today Tim reviews Sordo Barolo Gabutti in the heart of the well-known Barolo region in Serralunga d’Alba Italy. Tart cherry nose on it with a little minerality. A lot of tart cherry and lavender on the palate with a good amount of acidity on the finish. Cheers!
