Featuring Palak Desai. Palak’s passion for the culinary arts began at a very early age, apprenticing under the watchful eye of her mother. She did her undergraduate in World Cuisine in Providence, Rhode Island. She further specialized in Italian cuisine and Wine in Florence, Italy. Her time in Italy inspired her to travel the world, exploring a multitude of cuisines and ultimately leading her to develop her own inimitable style. Using fresh quality ingredients, letting the ๏ฌavours speak for themselves, combined with a pure passion for food is the secret to her success. Pjazzy’s Pizza is a project aimed at producing clean food using the best ingredients while avoiding food wastage. Palak created the pizza recipe using what she learned in Italy while adding a few nuances of her own.
