1/2 kl fresh shrimps

1/4 kl squid or calamari

1 diced tomato

1 diced onion

1 clove diced garlic

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground pepper

1 cup chicken stock

1 shrimps broth

Parmesan cheese

500grms spaghetti

1 tsp knorr

Parsley

Butter

Oil

Procedure

1)Cook pasta according to the instructions .set aside

2)Devein shrimps and remove the head.

3)Cut squid/calamari  into ring slice.

4)Heat pan with oil and fry the shrimps set aside.

5)in the same pan add butter  to saute garlic and onion after a minute or two add the diced tomato.Simmer for about 3 minutes and add the sliced squid.

5)Simmer for 3 minutes add the broth and Seasonings and parsley.

6)Continue to simmer for at least 5 minutes and now add the pasta.

7)Keep stirring and add a little bit of cheese .cook for 3 minutes more and done. Garnish with Grated Parmesan cheese and Parsley

Serve and Enjoy SEAFOOD SPAGHETTI!

*tips:boil the shrimps head and  use the stock it added extra taste on it.
