Today I cooked a special vegetarian and very healthy recipe called Pupkin Risotto.
Pumpkin is a fruit that deserves to be included in our diet, its pulp can be used in several recipes.
That’s why today I decided to make one of these recipes.

made with that type of rice that releases some of its starch into the cooking liquid, making its own sauce.
