Try this quick to make pasta a fusion of China & Italy. Try this today for morning breakfast or evening snacks.
Ingredients
1 Cup Penne Pasta (100 Gms)
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1/4 Red Carrot
3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce
1 Tsp Red Chili Sauce
1 Tsp Green Chili Sauce
1 Tsp Vinegar
2 Tsp Mixed Herbs
1 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Oregano
salt as per taste
Method
1. Boil 2.5 Cups of water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
2. When the water begins to boil add the pasta
3. Cook till 90%done
4. strain the pasta and let it cool
5. Silice Onions, Capsicum and Carrot
6. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pan and add the sliced vegetables
7. Cook for a couple of mins
8. Add the sauces and spices
9. Add 2-3 tbsp of water and mix together
10. Add the boiled pasta
11. Serve Hot
