Ahhh, The Aperol Spritz, no better drink to sip outside while enjoying the afternoon. Although this simple cocktail containing Prosecco and the Italian Aperitif Aperol, has been popular in Northern Italy since the 1950s, It really wasn’t until 2018 that it grew to worldwide popularity.
Here’s what you need to make the Aperol Spritz:
– 3oz. (90ML) Prosecco
– 2oz. (60ML) Aperol
– 1oz. (30ML) Soda Water
– Orange Wheel Garnish
Glassware:
Oversized Wine Glass
Bar Tools:
– Jigger
– Knife
In an oversized wine glass, Add the Prosecco and Aperol. Add ice, then the soda water. Garnish with an Orange Wheel, and Enjoy!
