Hello guys! I want to share to you a very simple and affordable recipe of PASTA ALLA CARBONARA. We all know that it is originally from ITALY so since I grew up in Italy I had the previlage to eat the real PASTA CARBONARA.
Here are the ingredients:
-PASTA
-EGGS
-PARMESAN CHEESE
-PECORINO CHEESE
-GUANCIALE (Cured pork cheek) OR A SMOKED BACON WILL DO AS WELL
-Dash of white wine
