For four days Udine becomes a showcase to present and raise awareness of the excellence of food and wine, artisanal, artistic and cultural production of a truly unique region.
The program is full of surprising taste itineraries: in the stands and kiosks, in the squares and in the streets of the center, you can taste the typical Friulian products, such as San Daniele and Sauris ham, Montasio cheese, frico, cjarsons, wines, grappas and many others.
The tempting opportunity to taste the treasures of Friulian food and wine is combined with the opportunity to live unique experiences and to enjoy the interesting events that accompany the event, such as in-depth meetings on the themes of food and good drinking, concerts, art exhibitions and craft exhibitions that express ancient and new knowledge.
