For four days Udine becomes a showcase to present and raise awareness of the excellence of food and wine, artisanal, artistic and cultural production of a truly unique region.

The program is full of surprising taste itineraries: in the stands and kiosks, in the squares and in the streets of the center, you can taste the typical Friulian products, such as San Daniele and Sauris ham, Montasio cheese, frico, cjarsons, wines, grappas and many others.
