Restaurant,Salisbury,sealed,man,woman,fall,ill Italian restaurant Prezzo in Salisbury is on lockdown after a man and woman took ill at their table.Diner Amanda Worne said she was sitting next to ‘two Russians’ who became sick while eating inside. Customers dining at the restaurant have been told they may need to provide blood samples at Salisbury Hospital tonight. Emergency services, including officers in full-body hazmat suits and face masks are at the scene. The patients were conscious when medics arrived and are being treated at the scene, a spokeswoman for South Western Ambulance Service said. Prezzo, which sits on the High Street in Salisbury, is 0.2 miles away from Zizi and only a short walk from Queen Elizabeth Gardens, where 44-year-old Dawn Sturgess was fatally poisoned by novichokat the end of June. A witness at the scene said: ‘There’s one fire engine, one ambulance, four police cars, a man in a full white body suit with a mouth-mask and police not allowed to tell us what’s happening.’A worker at pub The New Inn said: ‘Police have been very vague about the whole thing. We don’t know what’s going on. ‘As soon as the emergency services turned up people started evacuating. We’ve only got a few customers left.
