Flat beans -250 gm
Onions – 1 small
Tomato – 1 small
Cinnamon – 1
Clove – 2
Cardamom – 2
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Salt – as required
Chilly powder – as required
Curry masala powder – 1 teaspoon

Method

Wash and cut the flat beans. Put it to boil for 10 minutes with little salt.
In a pan heated with oil add spieces 1 cinnamon, 2 cloves and 2 cardamom.
After the flavours come out add oinions later ginger and garlic paste fry untill golden brown.Put 1 chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Finally add the boiled flat beans. For taste and flavor add salt,turmeric, chilly powder and curry masala powder as required.
Now your hot flat beans curry is ready to serve with roti or rice.
