We wanted to pay homage to Italian cooking with an added Malaysian touch into a beloved recipe for “Macaroni & Cheese”, this time it is “Alla Malesiana”. Although this is a common dish in western food restaurants, this time around we wanted to give it a touch of home. Ironically this dish was also prepared spontaneously when the refrigerator went off and there was so much food to be cooked before the fridge is completely defrosted.
