• 3-4 large skinless boneless chicken breast
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2-3 large eggs
• 3/4 stick (3oz) salted butter
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 fresh lemon juice + 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh italian flat-leaf parsley
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon pecorino romano cheese grated
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
