3 Eggplants, sliced.
Mozzeralla cheese, sliced.
Parmigiano Reggiano sprinkle each layer.
Homemade Tomato with basil and garlic sauce to cover.
Salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Prepare eggplant at first by cutting evenly and bake for 4 minutes 200 C degreees or 375 F degrees.
Put tomato sauce on the pan and layer eggplant and cheese in turn.
Bake the pan 200 C degrees or 375 F degrees for 10 minutes.
