It is in Naples that this delicious sandwich is lovingly wrapped in a beautifully decorated cloth kitchen towel – the mappata – which is a traditional plastic-free packaging!

The A’MaReNN restaurant has taken up this Neapolitan tradition and has adapted the delicious manicaretti that the Marenna offers to contemporary palates. Starting with bread, for which the restaurant has developed a special recipe using the best flours. To demonstrate the versatility of a Marenna, ITALCAM invites you to take an online cooking course. Together with Chef Silvio Aragona, the guests will take a trip to discover the Neapolitan gastronomic culture and prepare an original Marenna in their home kitchen!
