Restaurant in Nakanoshima, Osaka, the biggest city after Tokyo.
The dishes are based on the tradition and regionality of the Italian cuisine called, “Cucina Creativa” style.The pottery is chosen carefully from the traditional Japanese potteries such as “Arita yaki” or “Kutani yaki” and thus provides a modern and stunning fusion of Japanese culture and Italian cuisine.

A Foie gras pie crystalized caramel on the top. Taste it with two different of salted whipped cream sauce and bitter sweet espresso sauce.
