28 pk Pork & Beef meatballs, total weight 560g

Tomato Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
½ cup Onions, grated
1 tbsp Ground Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
2 cans Diced Italian Tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
3 tbsp Basil
3 tbsp Oregano

Method:
1. Grate a half a cup of onion
2. Set your burners to a medium heat, and melt 2 tablespoons of butter
3. Add the grated onion and saute.
4. Add the meatballs, stir, close the pot and cook for a few minutes.
5. Then add the salt and pepper, the Italian diced tomatoes, tomato paste and 2 tablespoons each of basil and oregano, then simmer on low for 20 minutes.
6. Remove from the heat, add 1 tablespoon each of basil and oregano and stir.
