Today we move from our weekly #tasteofindia to something we might call #tasteofitaly. Today we are making biscotti probably literally it can be “biscuits”, but before that I warn it can be a little hard on your teeth. Perfect accompaniment for your espresso or tea anytime of the day! In Tuscany, this is often served with a glass of Vin Santo (as a replacement try with Marsala or a dessert wine) and it is dunked in the wine and eaten.
We are doing a mix of three types of nuts–you can do with only one nut–the choice is yours! But the total amount of nuts be 150gm if you are following this recipe.
