Scola la Pasta is all about Italian lifestyle and Italian cooking.

Italians love to talk, and we at Scola la Pasta are no exception. We know how expressing our emotions is good. Some of us maybe talk quite a lot, and it’s true that also most Italians talk with hands as well as their voices.
Research on the Mediterranean diet has proven that it’s good for you – particularly eating plenty of tomatoes, olive oil, fresh fruit and veg, fresh fish, and a glug or two of decent red wine. In fact, it’s even been recognized by UNESCO as being representative of the ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity’. Food is a key component of our Italian lifestyle, and it’s one of the main reasons the entire world loves Italy so much. Even if you’re eating pasta with a simple drizzle of garlic and olive oil, in Italy the meal should be an opportunity, meaning it should be eaten with other people, sitting at a table, and with proper respect for the food and yourself. Eating while rushing around, or sitting alone at a computer, is a no-no. Adopt the Italian respect for food, and you’re sure to feel an improvement to your life.
It is also estimated that Italy concentrates – depending on the definition of cultural heritage – from 60% to 75% of all artistic assets existing on each continent. We are not sure of the accuracy of this calculation, but for sure our country represents a point of reference for anyone in the world, especially for those who have dealt with and are involved in art and history.
That is where Scola la Pasta starts from: we want to lead you through the traditions of our magnificent Italy, by showing our recipes, our history and our art, and we will try to do it our way.
By the way: we are not professionals, we are just Italian enthusiasts.
