It’s Labor Day and being on vacation and cooking again, I thought I would share one of my favorite little dishes. Homemade basil pesto is one of the quickest ways to spice up any dish. The classic pesto is a traditional blend of fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, pecorino romano cheese, salt and pepper, and a good olive oil. Here’s a great and easy version that will spice up any dish, in under 10 minutes.
