Boil Lasagna Sheets for 10 mins, when you are boiling them add some oil and salt, just to remove stickiness.
For the veggie, in a pan add 1tbsp oil, add garlic and all the vegetables, saute for 3-4 minutes. In this add little spices, crushed black pepper, salt, chili flakes, Italian herbs, and mix them well. Veggies are ready.
Now it’s assembling part, in a tray, first apply red sauce, so the bottom doesn’t burn. then put lasagna sheets, on top of that put some veggies, and spread white sauce evenly, don’t skip the corners.
after that use, lots of Mozzarella, parmesan, or cheddar cheese, use your favorite one.

Now start the second layer, in the same manner, there is no proper system of layering, you can put the sauce first and then the veggie or vice a versa.
The same way finishes the last layer, i.e. the 3rd layer. After finish, all the layers add some extra cheese, as I used cheese sheets.
Cover it with foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes in 400F to bake our lasagna.
After 20 minutes take out from the oven and use some more cheese and put it in the Briol mode for more 10 – 20 minutes, always check in between, just to avoid burning anything.
After taking out from the broil wait 15-20 minutes to cool it down. It’s ready to eat Italian Cheesy Lasagna.

Timing depends on your Oven.
