Ingredients
2 eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Flour
3 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Cup Safflower (or Vegetable) oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Zest of 1 Lemon
